This Laddu is a healthy and tasty snack for children. Ingredients: Urad Dal - 1 cup Green gram - 1/2 cup Fried gram - 1/3 cup Peanuts - 1/3 cup Badam - few Cashew nuts - few Jaggery - as needed Preparation: 1. Thinai / foxtail millet has the longest history of cultivation. It is even considered to be the first human-grown culture. In South India it is still a staple food among the people. It has many nutritional and health benefits. This sweet laddu recipe is a healthy treat. It does not contain white sugar or food coloring. ingredients 1 cup of foxtail millet (Thinai Arisi) 8-10 cashew nuts 1 cup of jaggery 2 tablespoons of water 3 cardamom preparation Wash the millet and soak in water for about five minutes. Drain the water, spread the millet on a cloth-lined plate and let it dry for about an hour.
