Isn't it imperative that we take serious action if we are to prolong human life on this planet? Let's start small - directly from our own household. 1. Repair drip taps The bathroom is the place with the highest water consumption in the house. Leak water 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Did you know that a leaky faucet can waste enough water to fill a bathtub every week, almost 32 liters / day? In most cases, all that is required is an inexpensive washing machine, which is more than sufficient to stop such leaks. 2. Rose Water is the magic on Hair 🥀 ➫🌹

Rose water is a natural magic for hair care. It naturally conditions and moisturizes the hair due to its wealth of flavonoids and vitamins A, B3, C, D and E. This makes the hair more manageable, smoother, shinier and healthier.

How do you make rose water?

Organic rose water is created from the first steam distillation of organic roses. Not sure if the roses you collected are chemical and pesticide free? Rinse the rose petals you brought in from the store 2-3 times in fresh cold water.

If you can collect roses from your own garden, pick them first thing in the morning when they are covered with dew. Wash them free of dirt and bugs.

The list of ingredients is small and simple.
1 cup tightly wrapped rose petals
2 cups of distilled water

  • Remove the rose petals and place them in a glass bowl.

  • Boil 2 cups of distilled water and pour it over the petals.

  • Cover and let steep for 30 minutes on the lowest temperature settings.

  • Leave the lid on and let it cool completely.

  • Transfer the screened liquid to glass bottles using a clean funnel.

  • Keep this organic rose water in the refrigerator.

Note:Homemade rose water can be kept for up to 6 months if stored in the refrigerator.

Hair care

1. Conditioner

An extra small step in your shower routine will condition your hair, add shine and leave an amazing scent.

Take a single cup of rose water and use it as a final rinse. Remember not to rinse. This is probably the easiest way to use rose water.

2. Hair moisture

Diluting your shampoo with rose water will reduce the effects of the sulfates in your regular shampoo. You can even dilute your medicated shampoo with rose water instead of plain water and shower as you normally would.

3. Hair nutrition

The similarity in pH between rose water and healthy hair helps balance the pH and sebum production of the hair. More regular massages stimulate blood circulation and improve the strength and shine of the hair.

Dab some rose water + natural oil on a cotton ball and massage your entire scalp with it. Use ingredients like almond oil, coconut oil, or rose oil instead of natural oil to maximize results.

4. Control of hair damage

When the pH of the natural hair is balanced, rose water has porosity-correcting properties. It helps damaged hair a lot and reduces split ends.

Mix together a cup of rose water, a vitamin E capsule, and a few drops of jojoba oil and use the mixture as a pre-shampoo treatment. Make sure to cover your hair from root to tip and let the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes.

5. Reducing hair dandruff

The natural anti-inflammatory properties of rose water can help reduce dandruff noticeably.

Simply soak fenugreek seeds in rose water for 4-5 hours and grind to a fine paste. Apply this mask to your scalp and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water.

6. Hair frizz taming

Is your hair dry, frizzy, and unwieldy? Rose water can immensely improve your hair texture and keep it hydrated well.

Mix two teaspoons of rose water with an equal amount of aloe vera gel. Apply this to your scalp and massage well with your fingertips. Let rest for half an hour. Then wash it off with a mild shampoo / natural hair.

7. Hairspray

Fill a spray bottle with rose water. Add a few drops of coconut oil for extra shine. Shake the bottle well and spray it on your wet hair after thoroughly rinsing off the shampoo.

Note: • Only choose rose water that is free from parabens, sulfur and other toxins.
• Always use only authentic rose water that is produced using steam distillation.
• Know that pure rose water has a shorter shelf life than laboratory water.
