Healthy Ladoos for Kids in 8 Easy steps

This Laddu is a healthy and tasty snack for children.

Ingredients:

Urad Dal - 1 cup
Green gram - 1/2 cup

Fried gram - 1/3 cup

Peanuts - 1/3 cup

Badam - few

Cashew nuts - few

Jaggery - as needed


Preparation:

1. Take the whole black Urad Dhall in a pan and fry it dry until you get the nice aroma from it.

2. Take half a cup of whole green gram and dry the roast until the light color changes and you get a nice smell.

3. Add peanuts .. when you've roasted peanuts great .. otherwise frying remove the skin.

4. Turn off the flame and fry half a cup of fried gram dry in the heat of the kadai.

5. Grind everything to a fine powder and place in a mixing bowl.

6. The final addition is the coarsely ground badam and cashew to this mixture.

7. Finally, add the powdered jaggery you need to this mixture.

8. Heat the ghee and pour into this mixture.

Now in this heat make your laddus and enjoy the taste.
