Masala paste ingredients
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chilli
3 red chillies
1/2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Handful of coriander leaves
Salt as needed
Sauce ingredients
1 cup of coconut milk
Little - bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 green chilli
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
250 g mushroom
Handful of coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Masala preparation
1. First add some oil to the pan
2. Add, add red chili peppers and coriander seeds and saute a little
3. Add chopped onions, curry leaves, fennel seeds and sliced green chillies.
4. As soon as the onion turns golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste.
5. After the raw smell subsides, add chopped tomatoes.
6. After frying, add masala powder such as turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
7. Pour a little water to add the powders to the mixture.
8. Finally add a few coriander leaves and let cool.
9. Grind it into a fine paste in the mixture.
Sauce preparation
1. Add oil and after heating add the dry spices.
2. Add the onion and green chillies.
3. Once sautéed, add the masala paste and mix.
4. Add the spice powder (turmeric + red chillies + coriander).
5. Now add the chopped mushrooms, mix them and leave them closed for a while.
6. Now add the extracted coconut milk
7. Let the mushroom cook for a while after adding it.
8. Now add the pepper powder and garam masala.
9. Finally, add the coriander leaves and turn off the heating.
